Corny as it sounds, be positive. Life's too short to be all boohoohoo about something. If there's a particular incident that triggers you to recollect something that makes you all boohoohoo, belittle it & laugh at it in the face. For fucks' sake, you're bigger and stronger then you think.
"why cry over a fallen chocolate chip, when your double chocolate hot fudge chocolate chip cookie is still in your hand" think this was said by a dude named Jem. I heard he's awesome.
